Goal Setting

Our certifited fitness instructors can help you in setting and reaching your goals.

Beginning with your induction, this 1:1 personal session will show you how to get the most out of your fitness programme. Regular programme reviews are available free of charge and our expert instructors are always available to offer advice.

Features of the Active Sefton Fitness Suite

Fitted with the latest Life Fitness equipment, Bootle Leisure Centre offers more than 100 pieces of equipment, including cardiovascular machines, resistance machines and a wide selection of free weights.

Admission policy:

Fitness Induction must be booked in advance.

Annual memberships are to be paid by direct debit only and a £12.50 administration charge is payable. All memberships require a 3-month minimum contract term but can also be paid annually, up to 12 months in advance.
