The following information is here to help you with your visit to Dunes Splash World, if there is anything additional which you feel has not been covered, please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

Car Parking:

There is a large “Pay & Display” car park for Dunes Splash World which includes a number of disabled bay parking areas. A parking fee must be paid on entry however this is redeemable at reception when purchasing an activity at the centre.

Disabled Access:

Entrance from the car park to Dunes Splash World is via automated electronic doors with full wheelchair access provided on the ground floor leading through to the Sports Hall, wet and dry changing rooms, pool areas and Splash World complex. A lift provides access to the first floor fitness suite and studio areas with pool hoists available in both Dunes and Splash World pools.

Accessible toilets and changing rooms are available on both wet and dry sides of the centre as well as disabled access toilets on the first floor.

Refreshments:

Vending machines are available throughout the ground floor offering hot and cold drinks and snacks to purchase. Within Splash World, the onsite diner also provides a range of hot and cold meals, snacks and refreshments with a seated dining area poolside.

Lockers:

Lockers are available throughout the centre and operate on via an electronic band which can be purchased from the reception kiosk. Locker keys cost £1.00 however these are refundable on return of the wrist band.

Saleable Items:

The reception at Dunes Splash World holds a stock of saleable items including swimming caps, floatation devices, nose clips, armbands and costumes which are available to purchase on site.

7am - 10pm Monday to Friday

8:30am - 5pm Saturday and Sunday
