Latest News at Litherland Sports Park

On 13th June 2012, from 9am - 3pm, Litherland Sports Park will proudly host the Bootle Games; bringing the magic of the 2012 Games to our community. Bootle-based children's charity Ykids! is running the Bootle Games - a mini London 2012 for 12 local primary schools years 4, 5 and 6.  Each team of children will compete in 10 different sports on this fun-filled, action-packed day!

Families will enjoy opening and closing ceremonies, a market place, local sports clubs and demonstrations, plus you'll even have the pleasure of meeting Cricket legend and very special guest, Dickie Bird!
