MOVE IT!

The latest fun and interactive session to start at the NAC is MOVE IT - the only way to learn about healthy living habits while having fun with friends and family! The latest range of sessions are absolutely FREE, beginning Monday 23rd April at 5pm and will run for six weeks. Open to all children aged 7-16 and their families, this is a fun way to make a Change 4 Life with Active Lifestyles.
